Client Onboarding Process

  • Cat Sitting

    Schedule Your Meet n Greet $10

    All new clients must first schedule a meet & greet! During this appointment a pet sitter will come to your home to meet you and your furry family! Meet n Greets allow the sitter, client and furr client to get to know each other, go over our processes, learn your pets care routines, and discuss anything outstanding.

    Once the meet n greet is scheduled you will receive an email inviting you to create your client profile.

  • Cat Playtime

    Register & Book

    Following the meet n greet, you will be able to reserve your reservation through your client account in Precise Petcare. Precise Petcare is the CRM system where all communication, policies and scheduling will occur.

    Clients will create a profile for them and their pets, review and sign policies, schedule services and payments within the app.

  • Dog Sitting

    Book Your Services

    Following the completion of your first reservation, you are free to book future reservations as needed through the Precise Petcare app.

    Reservations should be made at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure sitter availability and preparations are available.
