Pet Care Practitioner & Community Educator
Since my childhood, I have been a passionate animal lover, having owned and nurtured a wide array of companions. From ducks, geese, and chickens to rats, ferrets, and hamsters, I have always found joy in caring for magical friend that I’ve shared my life with cats, dogs, and even a bearded dragon. Each animal has brought its own special moments and enriched my love for all living beings.
In my current clowder, I am fortunate to have three unique and lovable feline companions named Draco, Pancakes and Dr Chocolate.
In addition to pet sitting I help lead the Midwest Pet Sitter Affiliates community as the Information & Technology Officer. MPSA is a network of over 75 independently owned and operated pet sitter professionals with the focus on advancing pet sitter education, client sitter connection and community impact. Credentials I have include being a certified professional pet sitter through Pet Sitters International, pet CPR & first aid certified, Fear Free Pet Sitter, LLC licensed, insured and bonded. Additionally I have a master's degree in industrial organizational psychology and another in information systems management. I have past volunteer experience in animal shelters, currently volunteering with felius cat cafe and am knowledgeable in classical/operant animal conditioning.
