Pricing includes 2 pets per household
$5 surcharge for each additional pet after 2
Prices are for 1 drop in visit
Meet n Greets
A 30 minute consultation in all new clients homes at least 7 days before the first reservation takes place. $10 All new clients must have an initial meet n greet to determine a good fit between client, sitter and pet.
$10 fee covers travel and time costs
Cancellation Policy
A 100% refund if a confirmed reservation is canceled or modified anytime up to 48 hours prior to the start date of the reservation.
After the 48 hour mark, no refunds or credits can be issued to the customer for any cancellations or modifications.
Payment & Reservations
Payment will be expected to be paid in full within 48 hours of reservation being scheduled. Reservation will not be guaranteed booked until paid.
Reservations will be made within a minimum of 72 hours before requested start date. However, recommendation is 4 weeks before reservation start date.
Holiday Surcharge:
Services provided on and around federal holidays will include a 30% increase in pricing
Travel Fee
A travel fee of $10 will be applied to each visit for clients living 11+ miles from Roxanne’s home. The nearest landmark for Roxanne’s home is the McDonalds on 108th n Maple street. Mileage will be calculated from Google Maps.
